Urgent Update: Time is Running Out

I am writing this with a heavy heart, as my situation has become more critical than ever. Over the past two weeks, I’ve faced devastating challenges. One of my medications caused severe side effects, and I reached a mental breaking point, battling suicidal thoughts. With support, I’ve taken steps to address my mental health, but my physical condition continues to deteriorate rapidly.

My diabetes is out of control. Despite increasing my insulin from 10 units to 50 units, my blood sugar still won’t drop below 250—and it often remains between 250 and 300. My heart surgeon has made it clear: until my sugar levels stay under 200 for at least two weeks, they cannot perform the life-saving surgery I urgently need for my 90% heart blockage.

The clock is ticking. My condition is worsening, and doctors are now conducting additional tests on my pancreas to figure out why my body isn’t responding to treatment. In the meantime, another month’s rent is due, and the financial strain is unbearable.
